As with every quarter, Nintendo has released updated sales figures for the best-selling Switch games. Unsurprisingly, these top titles are all developed by Nintendo.

Leading the pack is "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe," with an impressive 61.97 million copies sold as of March 31, 2024. This figure includes units sold as part of hardware bundles. For context, "Red Dead Redemption II" and "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" have each sold 50 million copies.

The other top five best-selling Switch games are:

• "Animal Crossing: New Horizons" with 45.36 million copies
• "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate" with 34.22 million copies
• "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" with 31.85 million copies
• "Super Mario Odyssey" with 27.96 million copies
